I;ve got a '68 428 block .040 over  4.25 stroke eagle crank 6.7 BBC h-beams and KB pistons, have OEM T-bird 6v intake and was looking at a comp XE274H cam any suggestions on heads. Its going in my '63 bird shes heavy at 4200lbs need more power cap'n

This maybe a little late owned a few chevys, pontiacs, and Buicks but have always loved my fords but recently my town car went tits up on a trip to Houston and traded it on a Ram 1500 with the 5.7 Hemi  it hurts to say it but its the best truck I have ever had.

Simple question, Yeah I know nothings simple, But I have to ask. What are the best flowing stock heads for a fe? I'm trying to keep this build as reasonable as possible cost wise Just a bolt together its my sons first car and once its built I want to leave it alone. Would love to add aluminum heads but thats way out of my price range.

Greetings and salutations.
I"m planning a build  for my sons '67 mustang I have a tired '63 thunderbird 390   hopefully it will clean up at .30 over.  9.5:1.compression want to run regular. Stock 4ae heads., XE274H comp cammed ,shorty tube headers and a 650 cfm carb, I don't get to do much of this stuff anymore and any help would be appreciated. How well will a blue thunder low riser intake work with this combo?
